Shipping costs are free except for orders under €119.00 which cost €5.90, €7.00 for Islands.
Payment by cash on delivery involves a fee of €5.00, to be added to shipping costs.
That is, from 0 to €118.00, the shipping cost is €5.90 + €5.00, while for an order from €119.00 shipping is free + €5.00 cash on delivery.
We ask you to have on hand the exact amount of cash indicated in our shipping confirmation email,
the courier may not have change to deliver to you. Orders are processed from 9.00 to 14.00 from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Standard delivery is expected within 3/5 working days.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a notice or contact you by telephone at the number indicated at the time of purchase.
Foreign Shipping Costs and Times:
Deliveries can vary from 5/8 working days with a cost of €20.
Return

You can make a return no later than the 14th day after receiving the order.

Damaged, stained or altered returns may be refused and not refunded.
For orders paid on delivery (paid in cash
to the courier), customers must indicate the current account or PayPal address to which they wish to receive the credit.
